Your first visit

    Send a photo of your hair

    In daylight, with the look you want. We'll estimate time and price.

    Ten minutes of talking first

    About your routine, colour history and budget — then we confirm the final price.

    Leave knowing how to keep it

    A quick styling lesson and when to come back.

Policies

Before you book

Deposit
Colour, balayage and event styling need a ฿500 deposit by PromptPay once we confirm your slot in chat. It comes off your bill on the day.
Moving or cancelling
Give us at least 48 hours and your deposit moves to the new date. Later than that, or a no-show, and we keep the deposit.
Running late
More than 15 minutes late and we may need to shorten the service to stay on time. Just message us.
Patch test
New colour clients take a free 5-minute skin test 48 hours before — drop in any day we're open.
Children
We cut children's hair from age 6, at the short-hair price.

Often asked

How far ahead should I book?

Two or three days for weekdays, one to two weeks for weekends. Book long colour services in the morning.

How can I pay?

Cash, PromptPay and cards (no card surcharge).

Which products do you use?

Professional colour and care brands notified with the Thai FDA — ask your stylist for the brand any time.

Is there parking?

Three spaces out front, or paid parking in the soi.

Do you cut children's hair?

Yes, from age 6.
