Last booking 1 hour before closing (colour: 3 hours before)

Deposit: Colour, balayage and event styling need a ฿500 deposit by PromptPay once we confirm your slot in chat. It comes off your bill on the day.
Moving or cancelling: Give us at least 48 hours and your deposit moves to the new date. Later than that, or a no-show, and we keep the deposit.
Running late: More than 15 minutes late and we may need to shorten the service to stay on time. Just message us.
Patch test: New colour clients take a free 5-minute skin test 48 hours before — drop in any day we're open.
Children: We cut children's hair from age 6, at the short-hair price.
