We look at your current colour in daylight and mix to your skin tone. If your hair has old dark colour, we'll tell you honestly how far we can go in one visit.

Before you come
- New clients or a new colour brand: a 5-minute skin patch test in the studio at least 48 hours before
- Tell us about any past reaction to hair dye or a sore scalp
- No need to wash your hair beforehand
Afterwards
- Wait 48 hours before your first wash
- Use a colour-safe shampoo and lukewarm water

Is bleaching included?
No — lightening is part of highlights or balayage. We'll assess it first.
Why the patch test?
Hair-dye makers recommend it to check for a skin reaction. If you notice one, skip the colour and see a doctor.
Prices are starting prices by hair length and include wash and blow-dry. We confirm the final price before we start. Results depend on your hair's condition and history.
Before you book
- Deposit
- Colour, balayage and event styling need a ฿500 deposit by PromptPay once we confirm your slot in chat. It comes off your bill on the day.
- Moving or cancelling
- Give us at least 48 hours and your deposit moves to the new date. Later than that, or a no-show, and we keep the deposit.
- Running late
- More than 15 minutes late and we may need to shorten the service to stay on time. Just message us.
- Patch test
- New colour clients take a free 5-minute skin test 48 hours before — drop in any day we're open.
- Children
- We cut children's hair from age 6, at the short-hair price.
